Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness despite not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
